Rooms feature chic decor with modern touches that felt comfy yet upscale. The facilities, particularly the leisure area, provide a nice way to unwind after a long day exploring the city.
The dining experience took a hit when I discovered both on-site restaurants closed for a private event with no prior notice. Room service was chaotic. two of three meals from my order arrived missing one, and I had to hunt down cutlery after being redirected through a maze of restrictions. On top of that, the breakfast had limited gluten-free options, and the restrooms near the bar weren’t up to par, still showing signs of the previous night’s events. With the heavy focus on private functions around the holiday season, it would be wise to check in advance regarding dining availability.

Great stay with a few hiccups
We had a king suite, but no robes or slippers when we checked in. Only one tea cup for four adults was a bit off. The king bed was super comfy tho! The breakfast was a hit, quick service and yummy. Wish they had more Prosecco glasses in the club lounge. Friendly staff made our stay better.

Very relaxing stay
Had a lovely time! The room was spacious and super cozy. They had towels and slippers waiting for us. The staff was super welcoming, especially at the reception. We enjoyed a nice dip in the pool but the food prices seemed a bit steep for us, so we skipped eating there. really nice vibes!

Couldn't recommend more for a temporary stay
Spacious room, clean room, with comfortable black-out curtains and a well-stocked kettle including biscuits which enhanced my stay. the location is perfect, only a few minutes from the train station while remaining very quiet for restful nights.

The check-in process was quick and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a separate bath and shower, which I really appreciated. Complimentary drinks for our anniversary were a lovely surprise. The pool area was nice, but I found it a bit small for the number of guests. The TV in the room didn’t work properly, even after reporting it twice. The breakfast selection was impressive, with options for everyone, though a bit pricey if not included with the room. The location was great, just a short walk to the city center. it was mostly enjoyable, but a few hiccups could use attention.

The Standard King Room was pretty comfy! Bed was super cozy, and the room was clean and spacious. I loved the bathroom with the great shower. The super handy thermostat worked well after a bit of cold when I first got in. Just one thing, I did notice some noise from the hall, but it wasn’t too bad. a nice place to stay.
